Robert A. Powers

POWERS, ROBERT A, age 86 of Dayton, passed away on Friday August 4, 2023 at Hospice of Dayton. He was born on April 11, 1937 in Williamsburg, KY to Bert and Gertrude (Cummins) Powers. On September 13 1958 he married Dorothy Hamblin. She passed away in 2012.

He is survived by his daughter Theresa Trent, his granddaughter Brittany Gardner, his great grandson Elijah and numerous nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his wife, his parents, his son in law Terry Trent and his brothers, sisters and extended family of sisters and brothers in law.

Robert worked as a Printing Press Operator, for Dayton Press and retired from Stevens Graphics. He graduated from High School in Clay County, KY. He loved to bowl and was an Avid Cincinnati Reds Fan.

Services for Robert will be held at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, donations to Hospice of Dayton would be appreciated.
