Ruth Wilson age 73 of Fairborn passed away peacefully on Tuesday, September 24, 2013 in Dayton. She was born on May 28, 1940 in Irvine, Kentucky the daughter of Clara (Dunaway) Clem who precedes her in death. Ruth is survived by her loving and devoted husband Jim Wilson, her son Jack Wilson & his fiancé Melissa McPheron of Fairborn, grandchildren Christopher & Naomi Wilson, Nicholas Wilson & fiancé Kortney Mayne, and Katelyn Wilson & boyfriend Cody Pack, and James Rawlins, and cousins Julien Aines and Levonna Sebastian. Ruth owned and operated Skyway Cleaners along with her son Jack. She was dedicated to her community and her family. She was well known for her home cooking. She showed a work ethic matched by nobody. Ruth was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother and she will be missed by her family and the community she loved so much. Friends may call in the Burcham Jennings Funeral Home on Friday, September 27, 2013 from 5PM to 8PM. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, September 28, 2013 at 10AM at the funeral home with Pastor Chris Tannreuther officiating. Interment will follow at Byron Cemetery. Ruth was such a wonderful and warm lady. She was always so full of energy. I don't think I ever saw her without that beautiful smile. She was such a proud wife,mother,and grandmother. She loved her town and was alwys ready to help improve it.You will be missed Ruth. My thoughts and prayers are with her family and the city that loved her.
