Thomas Irvin Leach

Thomas I. Leach, 98, of Fairborn, Ohio passed away Thursday, August 13, 2026. He was the husband of the late Frances M. (Anderson) Igo Leach who passed away in 2017 and the late Verien Louise (Hall) Leach who passed

away in 1966.

Born in Mifflintown, PA he was a son of the late Oren and Charlotte (Flood) Leach. Thomas worked as a Logistics Analyst Specialist for Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Dayton, OH. He was a member of the Fairborn American

Legion Post 526 and the Fairborn Eagles 2641. He proudly served in the US Army during the Korean War.

Thomas is survived by two daughters Teresa, wife of Brian

Tribut and Janette, wife of David Schmeling; five grandchildren Jonathan Powell and partner Tiffany, Matthew Powell, Erin Tribut, Jeremy Tribut and wife Angelica, and Jacob Tribut and wife Alissa; three great-grandsons Aiden Powell, Maxwell Powell and Sid Powell; one sister Gloria Harris. He was preceded in death by

three brothers Lester Leach, Raymond Leach, and Clyde Leach and four sisters Virginia Cohn, Betty Castelli, Doris Arena, and Pauline Popp.

Private graveside services will be held at Grand View Memorial Park in Lebanon, PA where he will be laid to rest next to Verien Louise.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in his memory.
