Barbara Ann Potts, 88, entered into rest on Wednesday March 5, 2025. She was preceded in death by her Husband, James Edwards Potts, Sr.; Parents, John and Susan (Beaven) Miles; Grandson, Josey Moon / Zuko; 11 Siblings, Richard Miles, Durbin Miles, Leroy Miles, James Beaven Miles, Paul Miles, Orie Miles, Christine Kennedy, Martha Donahue, Margaret Davidson, Mickey Schawe, Emma Miles. Barbara was a blessing to everyone she encountered and she was loved by many. She will be missed by all that knew her. She was a member of St. Peter the Apostle Catholic Church. She is survived by her Children, Susan Bowman (Keith), James “Ed” Potts, Jr.(Pamila), and Jean Henry (Junie); Loving Companion, Roscoe Jump; Loving Sister in Laws; 6 Grandchildren and 18 Great Grandchildren and 4 Great Great Grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. Her Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday March 11, 2025 at 11:30am at St. Peter the Apostle Catholic Church, 5431 Johnsontown Road. Burial will follow in Holy Name of Mary Cemetery in Calvary, Ky. Visitation will be held on Monday March 10, 2025 at the Fairdale – McDaniel Funeral Home, 411 Fairdale Road Fairdale, Ky 40118 from 12-7pm.
