Beverly Ann Welsh

Beveryly Ann (Whitsett) Welsh, 77, passed peacefully in her sleep at Essex Nursing and Rehabilitation early Saturday morning, August 9, 2025. A Celebration of Life will be held on August 30, 2025 at Fairdale McDaniel’s Funeral Home in Fairdale Kentucky.

Beverly was born in Louisville, KY and was a graduate of Dupont Manual High School. She attended Business and Accounting classes at Watterson Technical College. She worked as an Executive Assistant for many years at Manpower, then for Humana, Inc, University of Louisville’s Brown Cancer Center, and finally a law firm in downtown Louisville. Beverly also enjoyed her “Fun Job” as a limousine driver in Louisville for over 15 years. She lived her life to the fullest and loved her family very much.

Beverly was preceded in death by her husband, Junie and her father and mother, Lonnie and Waunita (Meme) Whitsett. She is survived by her daughter, Stephanie (Darrell, Jr.) Kittle and her grandchildren Kelsey Kittle and Zachery Kittle all of Louisville and her beloved “chosen” brother Donald Brown of Glasgow, KY.

Beverly will be remembered for her “Big” personality and her sassy attitude.

Memorial Visitation is on Saturday August 30th after 2:00 pm until the time of service at the funeral home. Where all are invited to come share memories and celebrate her with her family and friends.
