Connie Lee Shartzer, 77, entered into rest on Tuesday April 29, 2025. She was preceded in death by her Husband, Howard K. Shartzer; Parents, She was a Baptist by faith. She started at KEA in 1967 and retired in 1997. Connie was a graduate of Fairdale High School, where she was on the Drill Team. She is survived by her Children, Carla Moore, Patrick Shartzer (Aubrey), and Pamela Franklin (Scottie); Brother, Darrell Riley Grandchildren, Ashley, Krista, Christopher, Nina, Colvin, Kadence, Peyton; 8 - Great Grandchildren; Her Funeral service will be held on Wednesday May 7, 2025 at 12noon at the Fairdale – McDaniel Funeral Home, 411 Fairdale Road with Burial Following in Sunset Memorial Gardens in Frankfort, Ky. Visitation is on Tuesday from 2 – 8pm at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, Donations can be made to American Cancer Society or Alzheimer’s Association.
