94, of Fairdale, passed away Tuesday, December 19, 2017. She was the former Dorothy Childress. She was a member of Fairdale First Baptist Church and a homemaker. She was survived by her daughters, Rose Uebele & Frances Brummett, grandchildren; Tina Lawson (Charlie), Michael Brummett (Stacy), Melissa Baxter (Kenny) & Chrystal Burton (Robert), great grandchildren; Robby & Bobby Snawder, Dianna French, Michael Brummett, Jr. & Austin Brummett, Chad, Michael, Patricia & Angel Baxter & Nathan Burton, great great grandchildren; Kaylee, Tyler, Jordan, Zachary Snawder, Natalie & Jacob French, Henry Brummett, Maddison Baxter & Jaxson Baxter, Natalee & Taylor Miller.
Visitation for Dorothy will be 2-8PM Thursday at Fairdale-McDaniel Funeral Home 411 Fairdale Road. Funeral service will be 11:30 AM Friday at her church 413 Fairdale Rd. with visiting after 10AM at the church. Burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West.
