Frank Elmer Jones, Jr., 85, entered into rest on Tuesday July 7, 2026. He was preceded in death by his Son, Adam Jonathon Jones; Parents, Frank, Sr. and Blanche (Thomas) Jones; Sister, Charlotte Fletcher; Brother-in-law, Ron White. He served as Apprentice Coordinator and President of Local 70 Ironworkers. He leaves behind to cherish his memory his Wife, Cathy Jones; Sons, Alex Jones (Sarah), Ricky Jones, Patrick Jones; Daughters, Roz Irwin (Tony) and Rachel Wallace (Matt); Sister, Mary Elaine White; Grandchildren, Easton, Sterling, Ethan, Truman, J.T, Brianne Thibodeaux (Garrett); Great Grandson, Bannon; and host of nieces and nephews and friends. His Funeral Service will be held on Thursday July 16, 2026 at 6pm at the Schoppenhorst Funeral & Cremation Services at Fairdale, 411 Fairdale Road. Visitation will be on Thursday July 16, 2026 after 2pm until time of service at the funeral home. Family wants to express gratitude to Hospice for their care and support to Frank. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to WHAS Crusade for Children.
