He is survived by his wife, Nikki; son, Jessie Merideth; bonus son, Joe Cox; brothers, Michael Merideth (Mandy), Calvin Merideth Jr. (Cally); sister, Angie Mikels (Tim); parents, Calvin Sr. and Patsy Merideth; in-laws, Lonnie and Marilyn McKinley; many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A visitation for James will be held Saturday, January 1, 2022 from 12-7pm at Fairdale-McDaniel Funeral Home, 411 Fairdale Road, Fairdale, KY, followed by a memorial service at 7pm.
