Kelly was preceded in death by her father, Duane Spalding; her grandparents Joseph and Viola Howell; Aunt Patricia Howell and her Uncle Michael Howell.
Left to cherish her memory are her daughter, Madison Hagan and her son, Colton Dallas Howell; her mother, Delena Spalding; her sisters Cheryl Blair, Nikky Blair, Courtney Blair and Amber Howell; her aunts Sharon Koons and Kim McKenna; cousin Jennifer Howell and her Uncle Brian Spalding (Angie) and Ron Jenkins as well as her nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held Monday, November 27, 2017 from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Fairdale-McDaniel Funeral Home, 411 Fairdale Road, Fairdale, KY 40118. A funeral service will occur Tuesday, November 28, 2017 at 12:00 PM with interment to follow at Mt. Holly Cemetery. In lieu of flowers you may make donations in her memory to The Diabetes Association.
