89, of Fairdale, passed away Tuesday, October 24, 2017. He was a retired truck driver with Kentucky Wall Plaster, a member of Blessed Teresa of Calcutta Church and Teamsters Local 89.
He was preceded in death by his parents, William & Ernestine Boone, his wife Janie Boone and his sons Phillip Lee Boone and Robert Louis Boone.
Left to cherish his memory are his grandsons Robert Lee, Phillip Michael and Anthony Warren Boone, sisters; Charlotte, Shirley Ann, Mary Emma and Bobbie also his 10 Great grandchildren.
His family would like to give special thanks to Kindred Hospital for their loving care.
Funeral services will be Friday, October 27, 2017 at 12:00 at Blessed Teresa of Calcutta Church with entombment to follow at Evergreen Cemetery.
Visitation will be Thursday, October 26, 2017 from 2 to 8 PM at Fairdale-McDaniel Funeral Home, 411 Fairdale Rd. Fairdale, KY 40118
