Michael Wayne Keith, Jr., 30, of Radcliff, KY passed away December 28, 2013. He is preceded in death by his mother, Wanda Keith. He is survived by his father, Michael Keith, Sr.(Lawana Medley); children, Brennon Keith, Dazhia Keith, and Aleigh Cundiff; his girlfriend, Cassandra Cundiff; the mother of his son, Christina Keith; grandparents, Dorothy Bishop and Wendell and Juanita Keith; and aunts, uncles, cousins, and neice. Funeral service will be 12pm Thursday at Fairdale-McDaniel Funeral Home with interment in Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will be 3-8pm Wednesday.
