Where he worked my company would send parts to. He would call or show up and made it a priority whenever it was to converse with us. I had the pleasure of getting to know him these past two year and he always updated me about his health because I was one of few outside the company that would notice if he wasn’t there or calling for parts. He would stop in knowing the past several months had been rough for not only me but my self. He always managed to put a smile on my face and I had promised him I’d stop by (since he lived in the same neighborhood) to just talk or have a beer. He was always more concerned for others than he was himself and always had a smile on. I had even told him he can’t leave yet glad he’s you’re still fighting he stated he was gonna go down fighting. Which I’m sure he did. I send my condolences to the family and friends. He truly was an old sole and cared more about others than himself most of the time.
