To know Sara was to know a warm smile, an infectious laugh, and a heart that made people feel at home. She had a gift for welcoming others, whether they were lifelong friends or someone she had just met. She was a beloved daughter, sister, aunt, niece, cousin, and friend, but above all else, she was a devoted mother who cherished her two children with all her heart.
Sara found joy in each and every day, but nothing brought her greater happiness than her children. They were her greatest blessing and the center of her world. She would have gone to the ends of the earth to make sure they always knew how deeply they were loved. She poured her heart into caring for them, encouraging them, and reminding them every day how cherished they were.
Her children were the driving force behind everything she did. Sara was never afraid of hard work and met every challenge with perseverance and unwavering devotion. She worked tirelessly to provide for those she loved and took great pride in making sure the people who mattered most to her were cared for. Her strength was quiet, but constant, revealed in the countless everyday sacrifices she made for her family.
Some of Sara's happiest moments were spent surrounded by family—reminiscing about years gone by, teasing one another, and laughing until her stomach hurt. Those gatherings will never be quite the same without her warmth and joyful presence, but the memories she helped create will continue to bring comfort, laughter, and smiles for years to come.
Sara will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Her warmth, laughter, generous spirit, and unwavering love have left a lasting imprint on the hearts of everyone blessed to know her.
While our hearts ache with her absence, we know this is not goodbye, but simply, "see you later." Sara loved the Lord and desired for those around her to know Jesus as she did. That promise of eternal life through Christ is the hope that brings her family peace and comfort, even in the midst of profound grief. We rejoice in knowing she is whole, at peace, and in the presence of her Savior.
