She is preceded in death by her great-great-grandmother, Patsy K. Bylery; and grandfather, Dennis Perkins.
Tallulah is survived by her parents; sister, Vayda; grandparents, Brian Hardin, Jennifer Hardin, Donna Regan, Scott Regan; and aunt Kathryn Hardin.
