She was retired from Autoglass & Upholstery and was a member of the former St. Jerome Catholic Church.
She is preceded in death by her husband, John Rowan Greene Sr.; and parents, Oliver Carol and Mary Louise Lewis.
She is survived by her sons, John (Juvy), Keith (Deborah) and Nick (Shawna); grandchildren, Robert, Tony, Jennifer (Brian), Zachary, Tyler and Kyle; great-grandson, Landon; brothers, James (Linda), Daniel, Kevin (Teresa), Michael (Aloha) and Mark (Karen); sisters, Kathleen Robison-Thomason (Edgar), Carol Reinstedler (John) and Denise Clark (Joe); and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at Fairdale-McDaniel Funeral Home, Fairdale, KY, with interment in Mt. Holly Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 2-8 p.m. Friday.
Memorial contributions are suggested to Kosair Children's Hospital.
