Jones, Vilma F., 79, of Heritage Creek, Louisville, KY died Sunday, October 23, 2016 surrounded by family while visiting her son and his family in Corona, CA. Vilma worked for Louisville Metro Community Services as an Information and Referral Technician for 37 years.
She is survived by her children, Charlene Jones, Glen and Michelle Jones. Grandchildren: Andrew Jones, Corbyn Jones, Eden Jones, Keziah Jones, and Azaryah Jones. Brother, Melvyn and Norrie Beale of England. She is preceded in death by her husband, Charles “Bud” Jones.
Services will be held at Fairdale McDaniel Funeral Home located at 411 Fairdale Rd, Fairdale, KY 40118. Visitation will be on Sunday, October 30, 2016 from 3:00-7:00. Visitation will begin on Monday, October 31, 2016 at 10:00am followed by the service at 11:00am. Interment will be held at Resthaven Memorial Park, 4400 Bardstown Rd, Louisville, KY.
