I went to school with Anna at LHS, and I will always remember her as the sweetest person ever. Spending the night for Halloween is still one of my fondest high school memories and I will never forget her for it. My heart breaks for her family, and I give my sincerest condolences. She truly was a special woman, and a precious friend to me, despite only getting to know her for a brief time. Again, I'm so sorry for your loss.

Connie and I were sad to hear that your dear Anna had already, at such a young age, finished her time on earth.

As you grieve Anna's loss, we remember how Jesus met his grieving disciples in the Upper Room.  While they grieved his death . . .he surprised them with his life.  Then He comforted them with his:  "Peace be with you."  Bill and Marjann, we pray that you will encounter Jesus and the gift of life that he has for you.  Even as Anna now enjoys life in his presence, we pray that he will speak his "Peace be with you" in the most difficult times of grief.
We give thanks for the gift of Anna, her family,  her baptism and the reminder that she is very alive because Jesus gave her the gift of forgiveness, faith, and life.

Anna had such a sweet spirit! We grew up on the same street, and played together often. I remember that she loved animals, we would often play with our stuffed animals, or pretend we were animals and go on adventures together! My heart is deeply saddened to hear of her passing. When tragic events like this happen, I'm reminded that this is not at all what God originally intended. When He made the world, everything was good and perfect, and there was no death. But death entered into the world when the first man and woman sinned against God. But God didn't just leave us in this hopeless state... He offers us eternal life! And that is possible because He sent His Son Jesus, the only perfect man, who never sinned, as a substitution for us. Jesus died on the cross and rose from the grave, conquering death! We can take great comfort in that! That if we confess and believe in Him, we too can share in that gift of life everlasting, a life far better than what we've experienced here on earth. Mr. and Mrs. Caldwell, I am praying for you and your family in this tremendously difficult time. I pray that He will comfort you, and bring you an amazing sense of peace, that only He can bring. Blessings to you.

Anna was a true fighter, she fought thru the Leukemia with the help of you and Bill with such honor. I am sure "he" has picked out a special spot in "Heaven" for Anna.

Marjann & Bill, I have known Anna and you since 1994.  Anna will always be a Champion, full of strength, courage, and determination.  She was warm, friendly, and full of compassion, even as a little girl.  Anna will always be a bright star in the lives of everyone, who had the privilege to know her.  My Deepest Sympathy.

As her professor during her study abroad in Australia I had the privilege of meeting and getting to know Anna well. She was a lovely woman and I enjoyed teaching and showing her around Australia. Her enjoyment of life and her wonderful character has been an inspiration to me and I will miss her. My deepest condolences to Anna's loved ones.

I did not know Anna, but I know that she was a cherished young lady by her parents and my heart goes out to them at this sad time. I feel like I had acquaintance with her as her father made trips back to Missouri where he grew up, and he talked about her accomplishments and proudly showed her picture.  Anna's middle name, Charmian, was her paternal grandmother's name and she was a wonderful lady and a long time friend of my own mother.  My sincere condolences to my BHS high school friend, Bill, and to his wife and other children.

I was a part of the group she went to Australia with. I didn't know her incredibly well, but from what a did, she was a genuinely wonderful person with a beautifully kind spirit! I know she must have touched many lives and I'm so thankful I got to be a part of hers for the time I did!
