Barbara M. Jenkins

Barbara M. Jenkins, 82, of Fairfax City, sadly left us on May 22, 2024. She is survived by her two daughters, Patti Watson and Debbie Jenkins; son-in-law James Vaughn; grandson J.T. Vaughn; sister, Brenda Ravella; brother, Mike Mahoney; brothers-in-law, Abby Ravella and Bill Jenkins, and aunt, Virginia Mahoney. Barbara was a lifelong resident in Fairfax City. Born into the Mahoney family and retired from the Fairfax County Government after a 23 year career. She enjoyed spending time at the Eastern Shore with her family. Barbara was a dedicated 5 crowns card player and in her younger years she was on the bowling team and loved dancing at the teen club and Colvin Run. She became a die hard National's fan. She will be missed. We will always carry your memory in our hearts.

A visitation will be held Thursday, May 30 from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. at Demaine Fairfax Funeral Home. A Funeral Service in her honor will be held Friday, May 31 at 11 a.m. at Demaine Fairfax, followed by burial at Fairfax City Cemetery.
