Charles E. Jenkins, 79, of Fairfax City, VA, passed away peacefully on July 19, 2014. Charles was born in Sperryville, VA. He is the son of late Simon Jenkins and Mary Butler Jenkins. He is survived by his loving wife, Barbara Mahoney Jenkins, and two daughters: Patricia Watson, and Debra Jenkins. He is also survived by a brother, John W. Jenkins of Fairfax, VA, a sister, Dorothy Ann Wilson, of St. Louis, MO and many nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be held on July 23, 2014 at 11:00 am at Everly Funeral Home, 10565 Main Street, Fairfax, VA. Interment will follow at Fairfax City Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Charles E. Jenkins name to Fairfax Volunteer Fire Department, Station #3, 4081University Dr, Fairfax, VA 22030 or Capital Hospice, 24419 Millstream Drive, Aldie, VA 20105.
