Dear Paul, Keith and Family, I am sorry for your loss and pray you know Dean is running in Heaven after Max, while Kathryn laughs because she no longer has to do taxes (especially this time of year,) and he's reunited with his other pets and friends who went before him. Some of my fondest memories of FHS included you. We had so much fun in government class: you, Mike Jenkins, Joey Blethen and me. Somehow I was the only one that got caught. That mischievous twinkle in your eyes and great smile. That's how I will always remember you, my friend.  Until we meet again..

Dean was an outgoing guy with a great since of humor. I remember him and Alton dressing as cheerleaders to root for the rebels, they were a hoot. Had a lot of good times with Dean. Rest in peace my friend.     Terri Feehan

I'm very lucky to have a picture of us from New Year's Eve 1984, which is the last time I saw you. I was married and a new mom then. You, Amy, and Stacey Heidig "kidnapped" me and took me to a party at a hotel in Tyson's Corner. As always, we had a blast. Rest in Peace, sweet friend. You will be dearly missed.

I am here at work...and just read your sweet sweet obituary.  I never knew you were from Missouri. I am from Oklahoma!  Found our Senior yearbook where you signed, "thanks for always helping me..."  My buddy Dean. What can I say? I'll always remember doing an acoustic set with you up at Huddleson Library. Thanks for the lyrical help in those early years. I still play those tunes like Goodtime Girl, Think You Should Know and Judgement Day. You had a real talent for southern rock lyrics and melodies.It was an honor to create good home-grown rock and roll with you, brother.Peace my friend, your words live forever in those songs. 
    Mom sends her love and will make me that famous chocolate-cherry fudge cake that you loved so much, in your honor. I'll save you a slice.

I have many great memories of Dean from the past that I will never forget. He will be greatly missed by all. I hope all the happy moments with him help get you through these sad times.

 I have known Dean since he was a young boy of nine. He and my sons played baseball together. They had a great time. As an adult Dean frequently visited me at my office at NVCC for some class advise. He was a good student and he enjoyed  his classes. I will always remember him and his family with fondness.
