Doris A. Coleman, 86, of Fairfax passed away on Wednesday, March 9. Ms. Coleman was born in Upperville, Va. She was a member of Fairfax United Methodist Church. She enjoyed bowling, walking and working in her yard. She is survived by her sons, Russell and Wayne (Carol) Coleman and her grandchildren, Sarah Coleman, Renee Allan, Daniel Coleman and Nathan and Travis Coleman. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Coleman and her 7 sisters and 3 brothers. The family will receive friends from 2-4pm on Sunday, March 13 at Demaine Fairfax Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held at 2pm on Monday, March 14 at Fairfax United Methodist Church. Burial will follow in Ivy Hill Cemetery in Upperville. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Fairfax United Methodist Church.
