A memorial service for Joe will be held Saturday, February 5, 2022 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Demaine Fairfax Funeral Home, 10565 Main St, Fairfax, Virginia 22030, followed by a catered reception from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
