Kenneth “Ken” David Belisle, aged 82, of Chantilly, Virginia, passed away on October 14, 2026. Born and raised in the Belisle family of New England, Ken built a life marked by service and craftsmanship. After high school he served in the U.S. Army as an electronic engineer (1968–1978), contributing to important missile defense programs. Following his military career he worked in network engineering. Ken met his wife Linda while working together, and they shared 40 years of marriage. A father to his daughter Stacey Little and step-father to Dr. Shawn Wedworth and Cory Wedworth.
He enjoyed music and played drums in a local dinner and dance club during high school, and he loved woodworking, home improvement projects. Ken also gave back as a volunteer range ranger with the Izaak Walton League. He will be remembered for his kindness, technical skill, and the loving home he created for Linda and family.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Vietnam Veterans of America https://vva.org/donate/ (an organization dear to Ken) are appreciated in his memory.
A reception will be held at Demaine Funeral Home - Fairfax, 10565 Main St, Fairfax, VA 22030, US, on October 27, 2026, from 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
