Memories of Nancy bring a smile to my face. The years we worked together I learned a lot and laughed a lot. She was not just a co-worker but my friend. May she rest in peace.

Brian O'Neill called to tell me of your (and our) loss. Every thought I have of Nancy is one of energy, happiness, and more than a few laughs. My life was better for Nancy having been in it. She'd be disappointed in me to see the tears in my eyes, but her passing deserves more than a few. My sincere condolences.

I'm so sorry for the loss of your beloved mother. Sadly, I only met her once: at your father's funeral of all places. As I've always heard, she as very kind and warm.

During our time at B'more Organic, she was fan #1, always lending support. We could always count at least one social media like or comment. We could always count on encouragement for something we were doing.

As Amanda knows, life throws us painful obstacles. Nancy's illness was a tough thing for Amanda to learn about, it sent Amanda on a journey to learn and be active with wellness. She read, learned, and practiced wellness. Through that, Amanda found B'more Organic. That was a huge blessing for B'more Organic and the Buerger Family. Now, so many years later, Amanda has found passion, meaning, an amazingly successful career in the natural, health food industry. She's making a difference.

We never know what the universe has planned for us, and Nancy's diagnosis put Amanda on a positive journey through life. We're so, so sorry to lose Nancy so young. We're comforted to know it motivated Amanda to make the world a better place.

May Nancy Sains' name always be a blessing.
