Phyllis Ann Hildeen passed away peacefully on November 21, 2014, at the age of 82. She was born on January 12, 1932 in Fall River, Massachusetts. Phyllis was the daughter of the late George Kispert and Mildred Palmer Kispert Hambly. Phyllis was preceded in death by her second husband, Roger E. Kroft and her third husband, Roger G. Hildeen. Phyllis is survived by her loving daughter, Kimberly Theken, son-in-law Richard Theken Jr. and her 2 adoring granddaughters, Madison and Hailey Theken of Franklin, Tennessee. Phyllis proudly served and retired from the U.S. Department of State. A committal service will be held at Arlington National Cemetery on a later date.
