Surrounded by his loving family, Romie Clayton Bouldin, Sr. 76, of Springfield, Virginia passed away, Thursday, August 15th, 2019 at Fairfax Rehabilitation Center, after a long and courageous battle with cancer.
Born February 7th, 1943, in Glen Rodgers, West Virginia to Harlie Clayton and Beaulah Brown Bouldin, the fourth of five children.
Romie is survived by his wife, Carol Krisel Bouldin, and his children, Andrea Bouldin Edwards (Jeff), Bonnie Bouldin Prelip (Michael), Romie Clayton Bouldin, Jr. (Katherine), Karen Krisel Haworth (Charlie) and Sandra Krisel Reninger. He was a loving grandfather to 14 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
He is also survived by his siblings, Leon Bouldin, William (Sonny) Bouldin and Ellen Kay Bouldin, along with his beloved nieces and nephews, and his cherished dogs.
Romie is preceded in death by his parents, his sister Bonnie Karen Bouldin Peterson, sister-in-law Paula Grasso Bouldin, and mother-in-law Mildred Crack.
