Virginia Lee (Carr) Chinn, of Alexandria, VA—more recently Berkeley Springs, WVA—born August 6, 1935, passed away suddenly on November 17, 2014. She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Chester S. Chinn; her brother William Franklin Carr; two sons, James M. and Chester Michael; and daughter Teresa D. Melville. She was the loving grandmother to 11 grandchildren and 6 great-grand-children. She had many friends and family. She attended GW High School and graduated in the class of 1953. Friends and family will be welcomed Thursday, November 20, 2014 from 5:00-8:00 PM at the Demaine Funeral Home, Fairfax, 10565 Main St. Fairfax, VA 22030. Funeral service will be held on Friday, November 21, 2014 at 11:00 AM at the Demaine Funeral Home, Fairfax, with interment at Mount Comfort Cemetery, Alexandria, VA following.
