Bill was born June 25th 1944. In Jamaica, New York to Angelo and Anna Dangoia. He spent his childhood in Malvern, Long Island and earned his Bachelor's Degree from West Virginia Institute of Technology in Montgomery, West Virginia. Later he attended George Mason University where he earned his Juris Doctor.
He spent five years in the Air Force travelling to various places around the globe and then spent 20 years in the active reserves.
He worked for the Department of Veterans Affairs for 25 years and retired from the Office of General Counsel.
He is survived by his significant other of 32 years Barbara Shea, his two daughters Tiffany (Darren) Lamkin, Kristi Suddeth, his four grandchildren whom he adored: Logan, Cooper, Savanna and Haven, and his brother Bob (Debra).
He never met a stranger and will be missed by everyone who was fortunate enough to know him.
