Antone “Tony” F. Costa, Jr., 71, of New Bedford, passed away Wednesday, April 27, 2016 at The Oaks following a long illness. He was the son of the late Antone F. Costa, Sr. and the late Thelma (Ellis) Costa.
Tony enjoyed watching the Red Sox, Patriots and golf on t.v. He was a Born Again Christian, and a member of New Life Christian Fellowship.
His family includes four sisters, Lois E. Augustine and Bertha M. Folger of Acushnet, Bernice F. Clark and her husband Robert of E. Providence and Muriel E. Shepherd and Bill Richards of Taunton; and several nieces and nephews. He was the brother of the late Charlene M. Waugaman.
