Born in Attleboro, a son of the late Amedee and Verbina (Gosselin) Marien, he lived most his life in Fairhaven.
Mr. Marien served in the United States Army as a photographer. He later worked as a technician for IBM. Armand was also a watchmaker. In his spare time, he enjoyed fresh water fishing and tinkering with watches until his later years. His family will surely miss his sense of humor, quick wit, and puns.
He is survived by four daughters, Celeste Marien and her companion Paul Haynes of FL, Elise Ramos and her husband Bill of Bristol, RI, Catherine Pires and her husband Donald of Fairhaven, and Rita Semiao and her husband Michael of N. Andover; ten grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. He was the brother of the late Clement Marien and Lorraine Panzarella.
His Mass of Christian Burial will be Wednesday, Feb. 3, 2021 at 10 a.m. in St. Joseph Church, 74 Spring St., Fairhaven. Burial will follow in Massachusetts National Cemetery, Bourne. For online tribute/directions: www.waring-sullivan.com.
