Born in New Bedford, a daughter of the late Arthur and Roseanna (Tetreault) Guay, she lived in the city most of her life. A homemaker, she was a communicant of St. Anthony of Padua Church and a member of St. Anthony of Padua Seniors and Our Lady of Fatima Seniors.
Surviving: son Ret. Acushnet Fire Chief, Paul Cote (Rochelle) of Palmetto, FL, daughters: Paulette Ribar (William) of Swansea, Jeanne Howland (Robert) of Freetown, sister Rita Dulude of Vernon Ct, 7 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren several nieces and nephews, sister of the late Omer, Romeo, Jeannette, Rolande and Simonne.
Her funeral will be held Friday, October 29, 2010 at 8:00 AM from the WARING-SULLIVAN HOME OF MEMORIAL TRIBUTE AT FAIRLAWN, 180 Washington St. Fairhaven with a Funeral Mass at 9:00AM in St. Anthony of Padua Church, 1359 Acushnet Ave. New Bedford. Visiting hours Thursday 4-7 PM. Burial in Sacred Heart Cemetery.
