Mr Albritton encouraged me to attend college even though I had been out of school for a year. With his help. I was able to attend and graduate from Southern State College, his alma mater. I am forever grateful for his interest and his help. Our Thoughts and Sympathies go out to his family.

My deepest sympathies to the Albritton Family.

He was a great man and will truly be missed. He helped nudge a great many students onto better life paths and the differences he made last even until today. No doubt we all have many good memories of our high school years, many of which involve Mr. Albritton. One of mine is the time Danny, Kathy and I snuck out for coffee. Knowing we had been bagged, we brought Mr. Albritton back some donuts thinking it would soften him up. We still wound up with a week's worth of detention. But he did it with a smile. He was such a gentleman.

Mr. Albritton, thank you for all the memories.
