

He was born November 22, 1937 in New Bedford, a son of the late Charles and Juliet "Romeo" Wilson.
Ronnie served his country in the United States Army serving during the Korean War. Through his journey of 88 years, he touched many lives with his wisdom, humor and love.
He will be greatly missed and forever remembered.
Ronnie was a well known waiter in the area, which with his great sense of humor, made him one of the best.He enjoyed Horseback riding, classical music, Chess and spending time with his dog Lilly.
He is survived by his children, Brian S. Farrington of New Bedford and Tesse Shea and Joey Shea all of New Bedford; his brother, Thomas Wilson of Fairhaven; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was the father of the late Charles Brett Claflin and Kimberly McCulley; brother of the late Richard Claflin and Judy Tonnessen.
Visitation will be held at Waring-Sullivan Fairlawn Funeral and Cremation Service, 180 Washington Street, Fairhaven, MA 02719, US, on June 23, 2026, from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
A Funeral Service will take place at Waring-Sullivan Fairlawn Funeral and Cremation Service, 180 Washington Street, Fairhaven, MA 02719, US, on June 24, 2026, from 10:00 am to 10:30 am.
Burial will follow at Riverside Cemetery, Fairhaven, Fairhaven, MA 02719, US, on June 24, 2026, from 11:00 am to 11:30 am.
