Born in Acushnet and a lifelong resident, he was the son of the late Edward and Margaret (Weir) Reynolds.
Mr. Reynolds was a United States Navy Veteran having served during the Korean War.
He was employed as a correctional officer at Bridgewater State Hospital until his retirement.
His family includes a daughter, Kellie Medeiros and her husband Richard of Acushnet; three sons, Daniel Reynolds and his wife Diane of Swansea, Donald Reynolds and his wife Katie of Plymouth and Scott Reynolds of Mashpee; a sister, Alice Wroblinski of Cocoa Beach, FL; nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
