Born in Jeffrey’s Newfoundland, Canada, she was the daughter of the late Henry and Maude (Windsor) Hulan. Jean met the love of her life Sergeant John “Jack” Large while she worked as a telephone operator on the Army base in Corner Brook, Newfoundland. Large of Rock Hill, SC, and Douglas C. Large of Buzzards Bay, MA. She is survived by 5 Grandchildren and 7 Great Grandchildren and many nieces and nephews in Canada and Newfoundland.
