My big brother's John and Steve took good care of their little brother Robert like taking me out in a row boat fishing even though I got sea sick and was sick the whole time. They caught plenty of fish.

My brother, John was 12 years old when I entered the monastery of St. Clare in Boston, MA. He came to visit on visiting days through the years until he joined the marines. I prayed him and my brother Steve through that ordeal. When I transferred to St. Clare Monastery in New Orleans in 1970 John was there at the airport with a dozen roses to see me off to my new home which he and his family visited in the 80's when he ran the race at the Ponchatrain Bridge. He came in one of the first one hundred to cross the bridge and won a medal. He was wearing a POW t-shirt to honor his beloved buddies who were in the war with him.
May our Lord and Savior welcome my dear brother into Paradise. I love you John.
