Robert Viveiros

Born in New Bedford, a son of the late Manuel and Luiza (Carreiro) Viveiros, he was a lifelong resident of Fairhaven. He served his country proudly in the United States Marine Corp during Vietnam

Robert loved his family dearly; he enjoyed playing the lottery and scratchers, trips to the casino, shooting pool and hanging at the Neck with his friends

He is survived by his children, Jason Viveiros and his wife Diana and Robert Viveiros; his siblings, George Viveiros and his wife Cheryl, Shirley Rebelo and her husband Ceasar and Linda DuPont and her husband Daniel; his grandchildren, Scott, Randy and Logan and several nieces and nephews. He was the father of the late Anthony Viveiros and brother of the late Daniel Viveiros and O'Linda Viveiros.

The family would like to thank the staff at Our Lady Haven and New England Hospice for their continued care of Robert.

His Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, October 14, 2025, at 11:00AM in the Waring-Sullivan Home at Fairlawn, 180 Washington Street, Fairhaven, MA 02719 followed by a burial in River-Side Cemetery.
