

Mrs. Stovall was a member of Edgemont Bible Church in Fairview Heights, Ill.; where she taught Sunday school and was a member of both the Lydian Ladies Group and was an Awana Leader, with the church. She was also, a founder and commander with the Navy Mother’s Club. She formerly worked for Parks Air College, in Cahokia, Ill., and she retired as a medical secretary/asst. for Dr. Smolik, neurosurgeon, Belleville, Ill. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and prayer warrior; who will truly be missed by all who knew her.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Leonard M. Stovall, Sr.; her parents, James M. and Frances E., nee Smith, Seaver; a grandson in infancy, Brian Stovall; a brother, G.L Seaver; and sisters, Agnes Seavers, Marie Boatman, Pauline Lamkin, and Lois Newsom.
Surviving are her loving children, Leonard M. (Doris) Stovall, Jr., of Belleville, Ill. and Terry L. (Clyde) Kempf, of Dupo, Ill.; her grandchildren, Lenny (Melanie) Stovall, Christy (Brian Leonard) Demoss, Kim (Paul) McGee, Robin (Ed) Fambrough, and Angela Ballard; eight great- grandchildren, Kelly (Ryan), Samuel, Joshua, Bryan, Scott, Courtney (Stefan), Michael, and Noah; two sisters, Mavis Dill and Norene Scott; and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Funeral: Services will be held at 10 a.m., Friday, Feb. 22, 2013, at Edgemont Bible Church, Fairview Heights, Ill., with Rev. Douglas White officiating. Interment will follow in Lake View Memorial Gardens, Fairview Heights, Ill.
