Billie J. Rissler Swain

Mrs. Swain was a volunteer with the Red Cross at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Belleville for many years, and was an avid reader.

She was preceded in death her father, Lee Rissler and mother, Reba, nee Johnston, Rissler

Surviving are her loving husband of 59 years, Eugene Swain, Jr.; her sons, Ronald (Janie) Swain, of O’ Fallon, Illinois and Richard (Kathleen) Swain, of Fairview Heights, Illinois; three grandchildren, Tracy Montgomery, Kyle Swain, and James (Brenda) Oberg; four great-grandchildren, Kayli, James, Kristina, and Michael; a sister Marilyn Neibel; many cousins, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Funeral: Funeral Services will be held at 6:00 p.m., Thursday, January 5, 2012 at the funeral home. Interment will be held at Lake View Memorial Gardens, Fairview Heights, Ill.
