Debra worked as a Medical Technologist for many years. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends. Mostly, she enjoyed spending time and making memories with her grandchildren.
Debra married Kevin Foley on September 20, 1980 and he survives.
She is also survived by parents, Thomas J. Mackin and Virginia L. Mackin (nee Shultz); sons, Patrick (Vanessa) Foley and Tim (Ali) Foley; grandchildren, Jackson, Terry and Max; brothers, David (Melanie) Mackin and Steven Mackin; nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends
