Don was always a great guy -- he and his brothers and Jan grew up right next store to our house on Willard Street. Don would call my aging mother many times throughout the year to find out how she was doing and to remember the old times when we were all much younger. We lost mom, Catherine Gergel, in April 2018 and now Don. I guess God needs a special few to be his angels! My condolences to Don's family and friends.

My deepest sympathy goes out to the family of my cousin Don--those of you who I know and those that I haven't met. Seeing all the pictures here brought back so many childhood memories of when the cousins were all close. I haven't seen Don for many years--my heart goes out to Terrie and his children and grandchildren. God will keep you wrapped in His loving arms during this time of sorrow and always.
