I always remembered when he would stop and talk to me when I was outside my house workin on my cars or doing something and he would talk with me for awhile. He lived two houses down from me. May you R.I.P and fly high and watch over all your loved ones and friends you made along the way

It has been more than 35 years since I last saw Dwayne. We met during little league ball. Then came those crazy but memorable High School years. I smiled while viewing the photo gallery. It was obvious and good to see that Dwayne lived a good life in the flesh. No doubt he will be missed. My condolences and prayers go to his family and closest friends

Wow what can you say bout Dwayne other than what we all loved about him. He Never Changed , and I mean that in a good way. I grew up with Dwayne, knew him since I was 5 playing little league Little Devils football and little league baseball Khorey League baseball. Always appreciated his honesty, he didn't have an off button on what he said and I loved it. He could make you laugh so much even when he was making fun of you sarcastically. You couldn't help but laugh at yourself when he was joking about you or someone else or himself. I moved away for 21 years and when I came back the 1st time I saw Dwayne again it was like I never left and we were instantly back to the friendship we always had, like we didn't miss a beat. He helped me with my new house when I returned and didn't ask for a thing in return. That was Dwayne, would help Anyone !!! didn't matter what you needed or when. He had a really full life even though it was cut way too short. I know he loved his family so much. He always talked about every family member in a good way. And he loved his dogs so much too. They were his non human children. When he met up again at my house  he instantly hugged my dog  and if anyone knows my monster dog he's 185 pounds of not so nice, usually if someone grabs my dog and hugs him he pretty much snapped at them Not Dwayne , somehow my dog knew Dwayne was a good hearted dog person. He will be missed greatly. Loved you buddy, didn't get to see you as much as I liked to the last year but I know you know you had alotta folks that cared for you with much love. I could go on and on with funny and sometimes crazy stories from high school and after however we all know Dwayne , fun, funny, cool helpful and a great guy. You will be missed so much, cant even believe its real.... he's gone. With much love and condolences. Darry & Jonna Nadler You will be missed ;(

So sorry to hear of Dwayne's passing. We were classmates at BTHS West class of '80. My prayers and thought are with his family at this time.

Condolences to the family.  Such a lovable person who enjoyed life taken too soon.  I'm sure he will be greatly missed.

Dwayne was a friend of mine at Belleville West High a School.  Class of 1980. He was always nice to me and I remember that smile well. My sympathy to his family.

It is with deepest sympathy to hear of Dwayne's passing away. He was not only a good man but a great father, grandfather, brother and friend to many. He will be sorely missed by all.

I was saddened and shocked when I learned of Dwayne's passing.  He helped our family so many times.  His heart, kindness, and sideways grin will be missed by so many!  Deepest sympathy to your family from our family.

I was so shocked to see that Dwayne had passed away.  I would talk to him when he would come in to pay his sewer bill and when I needed siding on my house, I knew he was the guy to call.  He was so reasonable in his pricing to do the work and he did an excellent job.  I am so sorry for your loss and my thoughts and prayers are with your family during this time.

While I only met and talked with Dwayne a few of times what struck me the most about him was his positive energy. You could tell he enjoyed himself and life.  He was the type of person who no matter if you knew him 20 years or 20 minutes he would be there to help you out if you needed it. We could all use a little of that.

We first met Dwayne when he put a new roof on our house a few years ago.  He became a friend and we are so sad to hear of his passing.  He was such a good guy and always made us laugh.  Our thoughts and prayers are with his family. We will miss him.

Dwayne was a good friend first most and one of the best and easiest contractors I've ever dealt with all the years I've been in the building industry. My heart gos out to all his family and friends. He was a very good man and will be missed dearly.
