E. Kathleen “Kitty” Isbill, 92, of Collinsville, IL, passed away on Thursday, October 15, 2020 at Hitz Memorial Home in Alhambra, IL.

Kitty was born June 3, 1928 to Claude and Pearl (Patterson) Moore. She married James Edward Isbill on August 25, 1947; he preceded her in death on August 4, 1987.

She was also preceded in death by her parents; one son, James “Eddie” E. Isbill Jr; and siblings, Claude Moore Jr., Mary Freel, Ruby Rehg and Jim Moore.

Kitty is survived by her children, Doris (Jerry) Whitehead of Scottsville, KY, Dennis (Julie) Isbill of Highland, IL and Paula (Thomas Halfhill) Moussette of Livingston, IL; grandchildren, Sara Moussette (Wes), Lori Harwood (Kerry), Lisa Barmore (David) and Amy Collins (Chad); great-grandchildren, Gavin, Kyle (Shelby), Kassey (Seth), Trey, Corey, and Luke; one brother, Dean Moore of Caseyville, IL; and many nieces and nephews.

Kitty worked as a homemaker, devoted to her family. Years ago, she was a member of the Moose Lodge #4. She enjoyed fishing and vacationing, especially her annual trip to Chit Chat Chaw Resort in Arkansas. Above all else, she cherished the time she was able to spend with her family, especially her dear grandchildren. She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.

VISITATION: A visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 20, 2020 from 4:00 P.M. - 7:00 P.M. at Lake View Funeral Home, Fairview Heights, IL.

SERVICE: A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 21, 2020 at 10:00 A.M. at Lake View Funeral Home, Fairview Heights, IL. Interment will follow the service at Lake View Memorial Gardens, Fairview Heights, IL.
