Surviving are her daughters, Janice (Ben) Hargett and Barbara (Phillip) Roettjer; a sister, Margie (Marion) Baker; and a brother, Earl (Josie) Tipton.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Louis Randall; her parents, Elmus and Helen Tipton; two brothers, Alvin and Robert Tipton; and a sister, Ruth Dunahee.
The family wishes to extend appreciation for the care given to Edna, by the staffs at Liberty Village of Maryville and Vitas Hospice.
