Florence Elizabeth Roberg, 100, of Mascoutah, passed away Tuesday, August 9, 2022. She was born February 24, 1922 in Belleville to William and Catherine (Thien) Weier. Florence married Raymond A. Roberg November 16, 1948 in Belleville. She was a proud member of the International Ladies Garment Workers Union, Corpus Christi Catholic Church, St. Ann’s Ladies Sodality and Jolly Seniors Group. Florence also had a passion for music, square dancing and playing the accordion and guitar. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
Survivors include her children, Betty (Paul) Murray and Robert “Bob” (Teresa) Roberg; grandchildren, Kimberly Murray, Rebecca Murray, Colonel Ernesto (Amalia) DiVittorio, Kathleen (Michael) Weil, Damien (Courtney) DiVittorio, Zachary (Alina) Roberg, Dominic (Stephanie) DiVittorio, Adam Roberg, Mary (John) Colvard and Emily (Adam) Kern; great-grandchildren, Rowan Roberg, Alexandra DiVittorio, Caleb Finn, Jaclyn DiVittorio, Luca Roberg, Anthony DiVittorio, Bella DiVittorio, Gabriella DiVittorio, Annalee DiVittorio, Isidore Colvard, William Bauer and Tyler Bauer; sisters, Kathleen (Bob) Lobermeier and Judith Hurst. Florence is Preceded in death by her parents; husband, Raymond A. Roberg; siblings, Raymond Weier, Ruth Ann Groth, Viola Weier, Dorothy Determan and William Weier.

Visitation will be held on Friday, August 12, 2022 from 5:00pm to 8:00pm in Lake View Funeral Home, 5000 N. Illinois St., Fairview Heights, IL 62208. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, August 13, 2022 at 10:00am in Corpus Christi Catholic Church, 205 Rasp St., Shiloh, IL 62269 with visitation from 9:00am until time of Mass. Interment to follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Memorial contributions can be made to Corpus Christi Catholic Church.
