Frank proudly served his country in United States Army, receiving a Purple Heart, during World War II. He was an operating engineer with Local 520, and was a member of the Local 520 Retirement Club. He was also active in the Ainad Shriners and a member of Christ Unity Church, in Collinsville. He was a loving father, grandfather, and great grandfather, who will truly be missed by all who knew him.
He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Veda “Vickie” Premor, nee Whitten; his parents, Frank and Ann, nee Matejek, Premor, Sr.
Surviving are his daughter, Bonnie Seitz, of Trenton, Illinois; former son-in-law, Jeffrey Beckwith; his grandchildren, Kelli Verbanac, of Cleveland, Ohio, Dawn Forhetz, of Spring Hill, Tennessee, Linda Connors, of Lake Worth, Florida, Jill Sisson, of Jupiter, Florida, Cher’ell Collier, of Winfield, Missouri, and Jeffrey Beckwith, of Collinsville, Illinois; and 10 great grandchildren.

All services will be held privately at Lake View Funeral Home, Fairview Heights, Illinois. Interment will be held in Lake View Memorial Gardens, Fairview Heights, Illinois.
