

Frank was born July 24, 1961 in Los Angeles, CA to Cecil Chief and Betty Lou (Snake) Thomas. He married Tammy (Ocheskey) Cook on December 16, 2022 in St. Louis, MO. Together, they shared 23 wonderful years together. She survives and resides in Fenton, MO.
Also surviving are his daughters, Catrina (Wesley) Warr of Alabama, Samantha Cook of Fenton, MO and Sarah Cook (Ben Schweppe) of Ballwin, MO; grandchildren, Layne Cook and Norra Bruce; siblings, Donna (Pat) Harris of House Springs, MO and Richie Thomas of High Ridge, MO; nieces and nephews, Sara (Justin) Barnes and their children, Ruby and John, Dr. Sean Harris, Christopher (Jessica) Harris and their son, Jason Carter, Matthew Thomas and Chad Thomas.
Frank was preceded in death by his parents; and siblings, Jimmy Thomas and Cecil “Aaron” Thomas.
Frank was extremely proud of his Native American Heritage. He worked as a concrete laborer since 1997. He took great pride in both his work and had an admiralbe work ethic. He also had a Class A CDL.
Frank loved being on the river, with a cold drink in hand and simply enjoying the outdoors. He was an avid St. Louis Cardinals, St. Louis Blues, and Kansas City Chiefs fan. He loved pitching horseshoes and spending time with his friends and family. He enjoyed watching his grandson, Layne play soccer and taking trips with his mother Betty to Oklahoma to visit family. Frank’s legacy will live on in the lives of his family and friends forever. He will truly be missed.
Cremation rites have been accorded under the direction of Lake View Funeral Home in Fairview Heights, IL.
Memorial donations may be made to the Siteman Cancer Center, as a thank you for their care shown to Frank and his family throughout his time under their care.
