James Lee Brown Jr.

James was born to James Lee Brown, Sr, and Betty Lou Brown (nee Miller) on March 19, 1970, in East St. Louis, Illinois.

James especially enjoyed high school football, the Alton Belle Casino; and was an avid movie watcher. He was also a jokester and loved having long talks.

James was preceded in death by his parents, James Sr. and Betty Lou Brown; and brother, Matthew Brown.

James is survived by his loving partner, Joyce Sumpter; and uncle, Charles Lee Brown (Mary James).
