James H. Bullard

James was the head grocery clerk at Kroger in Collinsville for many years. He had a strong faith and attended many churches over the years. He was very proud of his children and grandchildren and loved spending time with them. James was a jack of all trades who enjoyed helping others whenever possible. He found joy in fishing, hunting, and being with his family. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Clarence and Nettie, nee Hale, Bullard and his loving wife of 49 years, Shelba J., nee Cox, Bullard.

Surviving is his wife, Mary Romatowski; his children, James M. "Mike" Bullard, Ricky (Bonnie) Bullard, Mark (Onna-Marie) Bullard and Bruce (Terri) Bullard; grandchildren, Lisa B. Bullard, James L. "Luke" Bullard, Jon (Angie) Bullard, Kaitlyn L. Bullard, Michelle (Jeremy) Sanders, Melissa Bullard, Marie Williams-Bullard, Melinda Cleveland, Michael Bullard, Emily Bullard and Samantha Bullard; fourteen great-grandchildren; our dear brother, uncle, cousin and friend to many.

Friends may call from 2-6:30 p.m. Tuesday, May 5th, 2015 at Lake View Funeral Home, Fairview Heights, Illinois. Funeral service to follow at 6:30 p.m. in the funeral home chapel. Interment in Lake View Memorial Gardens.
